3 Dog Cider & Brewstillery
We are a small scale, Estate Craft Cidery located in Ethel, WA. We handcrafted small batches of high quality ciders grown, pressed, and fermented right here in Lewis Co.
We grow over 70 varieties of apples, and have 1,300 plus trees here in our orchards. Of those varieties, 10 are from the “lost apple project”. This project is helping rediscover and find varieties of apples that were thought extinct. We also grow red fleshed and other extremely rare varieties of apples from Kazakhstan, know as Malus sieversii that gave rise to our modern domesticated apples.
Enjoy a taste of history, local craft, and love crafted hard cider from 3 Dog Cider & Brewstillery.
